I conducted the interview with my client and the results are as follows: She wants to refresh her English to be able to communicate with people during a trip to London where she is going to meet her friend She is also interested in taking Cambridge First exam but she is not very optimistic about the listening part. From the teacher she expects regular testing, friendly atmosphere and a lot of interesting activities. She wants to have grammar explained in Polish. Her intrinsic motivation is very strong and she can devote at least two hours a week to studying on her own. She wants to use one leading coursebook but she wants to have some extra activities too. As for her digital skills she is a bit reserved but she believes that she should move with the times and change her learning habits. She is over fifty and she is not used to modern technologies in teaching. She has a smartphone and she has some knowledge about applications such as Quizlet. She feels like trying them in practice.
